# Four fronts in one rhythm

The Oasys product page walks through the four points of view on the same operation: the owner's dashboard, the server app, the kitchen display and the customer menu. It also lists what Oasys connects to and answers the most common questions about how the system works.

- **Fronts:** Owner, Server, Kitchen, Customer
- **Tax invoices:** NFC-e and NF-e, issued automatically through the FocusNFe integration
- **Card readers:** Stone, Cielo, PagBank
- **Payment:** Pix
- **Delivery:** iFood
- **Meal vouchers:** Sodexo and Alelo

## Product

Four fronts in one rhythm.

Oasys is the operating system of the bar, the restaurant and the bakery. Owner, Server, Kitchen, Customer. Four points of view on the same operation, with no friction between them.

## Owner's dashboard: the house on one screen

Revenue for the shift, average ticket, active tables, the cost of each dish. The owner opens the phone and understands the state of the operation in seconds. No spreadsheet, no phone call.

- Revenue by shift, day, week and month.
- Average ticket by table, by server, by category.
- Margin per dish and a ranking of best sellers.
- Critical stock alert before you run out.
- Multiple locations, compared side by side.

## Server app: the tab in your pocket

The server opens the table, marks the items, writes a note. The order reaches the kitchen the next second. No notepad, no running to the till.

- Menu with photos, free-text notes and modifiers.
- Split by person, by item, by percentage.
- Commission per server, calculated in real time.
- Works offline. It joins the queue when the network comes back.

## Kitchen display: the kitchen without shouting

Each station sees only what it has to make. Prep time, priority, the customer's note. The finished order disappears. The next one comes in. No lost tab, no order out of sequence.

- Queue per station. Fryer, grill, salad, dessert.
- Color by time. Green, yellow, red.
- Modifiers and allergens highlighted.
- Tap the item to mark it ready.

## Customer menu: tap it, it opens

The customer taps the phone on the table's NFC tag and lands straight in the house menu. No app, no signup, no blurry QR code. Order, split, pay. At their own pace.

- NFC or QR. The customer picks how they prefer.
- Menu of the day, with photos and real availability.
- Ordering from the table is optional. Turn it on when you want.
- Pix, debit, credit and meal vouchers straight onto the bill.

## Integrations: it talks to what you already use

Card readers, delivery, meal vouchers. Oasys connects directly, with no spreadsheet in between.

- Stone, card reader.
- Cielo, card reader.
- PagBank, card reader.
- Pix, payment.
- iFood, delivery.
- Sodexo and Alelo, meal vouchers.

## Answers about the product

The questions people ask most often about how Oasys works.

- Does Oasys issue tax invoices on its own? It does. The NFC-e and the NF-e go out automatically when the tab closes, through the integration with FocusNFe. The operator does not open any separate tax system.
- What is the difference between the Oasys plans? Oasys has three plans, going from the day to day operation to full financial control and advanced analysis. You can see the amounts and what each plan includes on the plans page.
- Does Oasys integrate with iFood? The iFood order goes straight into the kitchen display, in the same queue as counter and table orders. Rappi comes in the next phase. The menu in the apps pulls from Oasys, so you do not keep two catalogs.
- Does it work at the counter, at the table and in delivery at the same time? It does. Counter, table and delivery enter the same order queue and the same kitchen, and the till closes everything in one place. You do not add up the results of three programs at the end of the day.
- What is the difference between Oasys and an ordinary till system? A till system records the sale. Oasys connects order, kitchen, bill and cost in a single flow, in real time. It is the whole operation on one screen, not a report you assemble afterwards.
- Do I have to replace all my equipment? No. Oasys runs on ordinary tablets and phones and settles the bill on the card reader. We look at what you already have before switching over.
