Oasys takes the privacy of people who get in touch seriously. This policy explains which data Oasys collects on the site oasysai.com.br, why it collects it, how it uses it and what your rights are, under Lei nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD). ## Which data we collect

When you fill in the form at /falar, Oasys collects the data you provide: name, name of the establishment, email, WhatsApp, type of operation and the message you write. Oasys may also collect technical browsing data, such as IP address and device information, generated automatically when you visit the site.

## What we use it for

Oasys uses this data to answer your contact, to schedule and run the product demonstration, and to keep up the commercial communication related to your interest. Oasys does not process your data for purposes incompatible with those.

## Legal basis

Processing rests on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest of Oasys in answering a commercial contact that you started, under the terms of article 7 of the LGPD.

## Who we share it with

Oasys does not sell your data. To run the site and store the contacts, Oasys uses providers acting as processors: Supabase, for the database, with servers in the Sao Paulo region; Fly.io, for API processing; and Vercel, for hosting the site. Those providers process the data only as instructed by Oasys.

## How long we keep it

Oasys keeps your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations. When there is no longer a need, the data is deleted. The retention period is 365 days, counted from your last contact.

## Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right, at any time, to confirm that processing exists, to access your data, to correct incomplete or out of date data, to request anonymisation or deletion, to ask for portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to suporte@aioasys.com.

## Security

Oasys adopts technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

## Cookies

The site may use cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. If Oasys starts using measurement cookies, this policy will be updated with a description of them and with how to manage consent.
