# Bakeries: for the rhythm that starts early.

Oasys for bakeries: a point of sale with an integrated scale, display case and counter on the same tab, tables with NFC and pre-orders with a set time. From breakfast through the afternoon.

- **Segment:** Bakeries
- **Group:** Counter and day
- **Modules:** Point of sale, display case, weighing
- **In short:** A point of sale with a scale, display case and counter on the same tab, pre-orders with a time.

Counter, display case, table, pickup. The flow of a bakery calls for a system that adjusts to the whole day. Oasys orchestrates every shift, from breakfast to the savoury snacks of the afternoon.

## Three things that change the day.

- Counter and display case on the same tab. The customer picks up bread at the display case, orders coffee at the counter, and closes it all on a single bill. Point of sale and weighing are integrated.
- Tables that open a tab. Whoever sits down for breakfast opens a tab on the NFC tag on the table. The table area runs like a restaurant.
- Pre-orders with a time. A birthday cake, a sandwich loaf, savoury snacks for a party. The pre-order comes in with a pickup time and lands on the team's board.

## Four shifts. One system.

A day in the bakery.

- 06:00 to 09:00, Breakfast: The counter moves fast. A quick point of sale for the coffee and the bread on the flat-top grill. The queue on the way to work cannot wait.
- 10:00 to 12:00, The display case by weight: French rolls, sweets, cheeses. Weighing goes straight into the point of sale, with a code per category and the bill right there.
- 12:00 to 14:30, Lunch: A table opens, the tab on the NFC tag. The table area becomes a restaurant for two hours.
- 15:00 to 19:00, The savoury afternoon: Snacks, coffee, pre-orders for the evening. All of it running in the same operation, without switching screens.

## A bakery has a rhythm of its own.

- Does Oasys read a weighing scale? Yes. Toledo and Filizola scales connect over USB or serial. The weight goes straight into the point of sale, with no typing by hand.
- Does it work with meal vouchers and food vouchers? Yes. VR, VA, Sodexo and Alelo come in through the integrated card machine. Each card brand has its own average ticket on the owner's dashboard.
- What about controlling the day's production? The day's production is recorded by category. French rolls, sweets, savoury snacks. The dashboard shows what was left from the previous batch and helps you calibrate the next one.
- Pre-orders with a set time? Yes. A pre-order comes in with a date, a time and a note. It appears on the production board 24 hours ahead. The customer gets an SMS when it is ready.
- The bakery opens at 6 in the morning. Does support answer? Operations support answers from 05:00 to midnight, every day. For urgent matters outside those hours, there is an on-call line.
- How much does it cost? Prices are public. There are three plans on a monthly subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty, and the entry plan covers the whole day to day operation. In a 30 minute conversation we point you to the right plan for your bakery.
