# Snack bars: for the counter that sorts it out on the spot.

Oasys for snack bars: a point of sale the team learns on the first day, a quick tab with no table required, and a register that closes with no sums done in anyone's head.

- **Segment:** Snack bars
- **Group:** Counter and day
- **Modules:** Point of sale, tabs, closing
- **In short:** A point of sale learned in a day and a tab with no table required.

A toastie on the flat-top grill, juice made on the spot, lunch in forty minutes. A snack bar has no time for a complicated system. It has to be as fast as the counter.

## The hour that decides. Lunch lasts an hour. The day depends on it.

Half past twelve, the counter shouts an order at the grill and the notebook writes down what it can. A snack goes out without being charged for, and another gets charged without going out. In the rush, nobody notices.

A small team has no cashier manager. Whoever fries is whoever charges. The system has to fit into that routine, not create another one.

## Three things that change the working day.

- A point of sale you learn on the first day. A direct screen, the item right at the front, the change calculated. Somebody who started on Monday serves on their own on Tuesday, with no manual.
- A tab without ceremony. Counter, stool or takeaway. The order goes in with a name or a number, with no table map required, and the grill gets it right away.
- A register that closes itself. Cash, Pix and card checked at the end of the day, with any difference flagged. Five minutes and the door shuts.

## One busy hour on Oasys.

The lunch rush. 11:30 to 14:00. A full grill, three stools, a takeaway queue. The notebook retired.

- 11:42: The queue starts. The dish of the day in two taps on the point of sale.
- 12:15: Peak at the counter. 23 orders in half an hour, with no bottleneck at the grill.
- 12:50: A takeaway order is ready. The packed order is marked and the customer is called by name.
- 13:20: The table from the office closes. The tax invoice comes out along with the change.
- 14:05: The movement drops. The dashboard shows lunch as numbers: sales, ticket, best selling item.

Lunch ends and the day's accounts are already done.

## A snack bar has questions of its own.

- Do I need a computer or new equipment? No. Oasys runs on the phone, the tablet or the computer you already have. The card machine integrates with the one already plugged in.
- My team is small. Will it cope? It will. Two people run the counter, the grill and the register with the order going straight into the kitchen. Less shouting, less forgetting.
- Does it work without internet? It does. The point of sale carries on selling offline and uploads everything when the network comes back. The movement does not stop with the signal.
- Does it take meal vouchers and Pix? It does. VR, VA, Pix and card come in through the integrated card machine, each one checked at closing.
- Does it issue tax invoices? It does. NFC-e comes out automatically when the sale closes, with no typing. The company tax number goes on the invoice only when the customer asks for it.
- How much does it cost? Prices are public. There are three plans on a monthly subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty, and the entry plan covers the whole day to day operation. In a 30 minute conversation we point you to the right plan for your snack bar.

## A fast counter. And a register that balances.

A demo in Portuguese, with someone from the team. 30 minutes.

What to expect.

- A demo of the snack bar flow. Order, grill, takeaway, register.
- A direct answer on timing, integration and cost.
- A conversation with no commitment and no sales script.
