# Coffee shops: for the counter that cannot stall.

Oasys for coffee shops: a fast point of sale with milk and shot modifiers, an open tab for whoever sits down, and a report by hour so you can staff the counter for the rush.

- **Segment:** Coffee shops
- **Group:** Counter and day
- **Modules:** Point of sale, tabs, hourly dashboard
- **In short:** A two tap point of sale, drink modifiers and a report by hour.

At 8 in the morning the queue goes around the block and every customer wants their coffee their own way. The point of sale has to be faster than the machine.

## Three things that change the counter.

- An order the customer's way. Plant milk, double shot, syrup, no sugar. Modifiers go in with two taps and the barista reads it all on the screen.
- An open tab for whoever stays. Somebody who sits down with a laptop opens a tab and keeps ordering through the morning. They close it once, at the register or on their phone.
- A report by hour. The dashboard shows sales by time band, in real time. You put more people on the shift that really is the rush, not on a hunch.

## The whole day on one system.

A day in the coffee shop.

- 07:00 to 10:00, The morning rush: A queue at the counter, the machine with no pause. A two tap point of sale for the espresso and the house filter coffee.
- 10:00 to 12:00, Whoever sits down, stays: A table with a laptop, a tab left open. The second coffee goes on the same bill, with no queueing again.
- 12:00 to 15:00, A light lunch: A sandwich, a quiche, a slice of cake. The display case goes into the order along with the drink.
- 15:00 to 19:00, The sweet afternoon: Afternoon coffee, a cake pre-order, a meeting point. The register closes the day with no sums done in anyone's head.

## A coffee shop has questions of its own.

- Is the point of sale fast enough for the rush? It is. The fastest moving items sit on the first screen and an order closes in two taps. The queue moves at the pace of the machine, not of the register.
- How do milk and shot modifiers work? Each drink has its own modifiers: type of milk, shot, size, temperature. The price adjusts on its own when the extra is chargeable.
- Do you take meal vouchers? Yes. VR and VA come in through the integrated card machine, alongside Pix, debit and credit.
- Is there a loyalty programme? The stamps per visit programme is part of the Inteligência plan. The customer collects them on their phone, with no little paper card.
- Can I find out my strongest hour? You can. The dashboard shows revenue and items by hour of the day. The staff rota follows the real movement of your place.
- How much does it cost? Prices are public. There are three plans on a monthly subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty, and the entry plan covers the whole day to day operation. In a 30 minute conversation we point you to the right plan for your coffee shop.

## The queue moving. And every cup counted.

A demo in Portuguese, with someone from the team. 30 minutes.

What to expect.

- A demo of the coffee shop flow. Counter, tab, display case, register.
- A direct answer on timing, integration and cost.
- A conversation with no commitment and no sales script.
