# Bars: for the house that fills up and does not stop.

Oasys for bars: a digital tab at the counter and at the table, an NFC wristband, offline ordering and bill splitting. The register balances at the end of the night.

- **Segment:** Bars
- **Group:** Night
- **Modules:** Menu, tab, register
- **In short:** A tab at the counter and at the table, an NFC wristband and offline ordering.

Friday night. 80 people standing, 20 tables on another round, two servers. A bar's rhythm does not fit in a spreadsheet. It needs a system that holds the peak without freezing.

## The invisible bill. On a busy night, something always slips away.

The paper tab that fell behind the counter is a bill nobody charged for. The draft beer poured in the rush, which never got recorded anywhere. The table that paid and then sat empty for twenty minutes, because nobody saw that it had cleared.

Each one is small. Added up, they are the difference between the night that worked and the night that only looked like it did. And the worst part is not the size of the leak, it is that you cannot measure it. At the end of the night, the register more or less balanced. And 'more or less' is what separates the bar that grows from the bar that only holds on.

## Three things that change the night.

- A tab at the counter and at the table. The customer stands at the counter and opens a tab on an NFC wristband. They move to a table, same tab. They come back to the counter, same bill. The whole bar is one single place, and nothing gets lost on the way.
- Offline ordering. The wi-fi drops in the middle of the night. The server app carries on. Orders go into the queue and rise to the kitchen when the network comes back. You do not lose a sale.
- Smart bill splitting. Four friends, separate bills. By person, by item, by percentage. The split happens in seconds, and the table closes fast, ready for the next group.

## A night on Oasys.

Friday night. 19:00 to 02:00. A packed boteco, two servers, three people on the registers. Nothing gets lost on the way.

- 19:32: Table 04 opens. An NFC wristband links a single bill for 6 people.
- 20:48: Peak at the counter. 14 draft beers poured in 3 minutes, with no queue at the register.
- 21:15: The wi-fi drops. The server app carries on offline, orders in the queue.
- 23:42: Table 04 closes. Split by person, 6 payments in 90 seconds.
- 02:14: The house closes. Revenue: 12,480 reais. Commission calculated per server.

At the end of the night, you do not estimate what came in. You know.

## A bar has questions of its own.

- Does it work with an NFC wristband and a prepaid consumption card? Yes. The NFC wristband opens a tab at the door, records every order at the counter and at the tables, and closes on the way out. A prepaid consumption card is supported too.
- What happens when the network drops? The server app and the point of sale work offline. Orders go into a local queue. When the network comes back, everything rises to the kitchen display automatically. You do not lose an order.
- How is commission per server calculated? Each order is tied to the server who opened the table. Commission as a percentage of consumption, or a fixed amount per table served. You choose the rule.
- Is there a live music cover charge? Yes. The cover charge goes onto the bill automatically on live music nights. It can have a different amount for each day of the week.
- Does it take Pix on the table bill? Yes. Pix copy and paste comes straight from the digital bill, with the amount already filled in. The customer pays, Oasys confirms right away and closes the table on its own.
- Will my team manage it in the middle of the rush? They will. The server screen is built to be obvious in fifteen seconds, with no manual and no long training. The cook marks an order as ready with one tap. The first week takes some adjusting, like any change of habit. After that, nobody wants the paper pad back.
- How much does it cost? Prices are public. There are three plans on a monthly subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty, and the entry plan covers the whole day to day operation. In a 30 minute conversation we point you to the right plan for your bar.

## A full house. And the register right at the end.

A demo in Portuguese, with someone from the team. 30 minutes.

What to expect.

- A demo of the bar flow. Tab, counter, table, closing.
- A direct answer on timing, integration and cost.
- A conversation with no commitment and no sales script.
