# Nightclubs and music venues: for the night that turns into the early hours.

Oasys for nightclubs and music venues: a cashless NFC wristband, entry and minimum spend on the same bill, several bars with queues of their own and closing figures per bar.

- **Segment:** Nightclubs and music venues
- **Group:** Night
- **Modules:** Cashless NFC, several bars, closing
- **In short:** Cashless on an NFC wristband, entry and minimum spend together, revenue per bar.

A thousand people, four bars, one stage. The peak arrives in waves and the system holds each one. At the end, the night's revenue by bar, by register and by server.

## The dark after six. The night makes money. Nobody saw the number.

The interval in the show pours five hundred people onto the bars at the same time. A paper tab in a nightclub means a queue, and a queue is a glass that did not sell. Each bar's register closes in its own way.

The next day, the question is still there: which bar earned, which server sold, how much went missing. With no numbers per point of sale, the answer is a guess. And business partners do not accept guesses.

## Three things that change the early hours.

- A cashless NFC wristband. Entry, the minimum spend and every glass on the same wristband. The customer taps and takes it, with no cash going around in the dark.
- Each bar with its own queue. The dance floor bar, the mezzanine bar, the VIP bar. Each point has its own register, its own queue and its own counter stock, all on the same system.
- Closing the night bar by bar. Revenue by bar, by register and by server, the moment the house closes. The partners' meeting starts with numbers, not with versions of the story.

## An early morning on Oasys.

Show night. 22:00 to 05:30. A house for 900 people, four bars, the show at midnight. Every wave held.

- 22:30: The doors open. The NFC wristband is activated at the entrance with the minimum spend.
- 00:40: The interval in the show. 4 bars serve the wave with no queue for tabs.
- 01:25: Peak of the night. 380 orders in twenty minutes, with no drop.
- 03:50: Last call. The wristband balance is checked at the counter.
- 05:42: The house closes. Revenue by bar ready before the lights come up.

When the lights come up, the result of the night is already on the dashboard.

## A night venue has questions of its own.

- How does the cashless wristband work? The customer activates the wristband at the entrance, with or without a prepaid minimum spend. Each order is a tap and a record. On the way out, they pay the balance or get the change from the prepaid amount.
- Does the minimum spend come off consumption? It does. Entry with a minimum spend becomes credit on the wristband and the system deducts it with each order. Anything above that is charged on the way out.
- And if the customer loses the wristband? The register blocks the wristband right away and the balance stays on the customer's account, not on the plastic. A new wristband takes over immediately.
- Does it hold the peak at the interval in the show? It does. The points of sale work offline if the network stutters and sync on their own. The peak is exactly the moment the system was built to hold.
- Do the ticket and the cover charge go on the same bill? They do. Entry, the live music cover charge and consumption all close together on the wristband. The customer pays once, and the house sees each part separately on the dashboard.
- Can several bars be controlled separately? They can. Each bar has its own register and its own queue, and the dashboard compares revenue and ticket by point of sale, in real time.
- How much does it cost? Prices are public. There are three plans on a monthly subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty, and the entry plan covers the whole day to day operation. In a 30 minute conversation we point you to the right plan for your music venue.

## A packed house. And the night closed as a number.

A demo in Portuguese, with someone from the team. 30 minutes.

What to expect.

- A demo of the night flow. Entry, wristband, bars, closing.
- A direct answer on timing, integration and cost.
- A conversation with no commitment and no sales script.
